Stage 1 Raamsdonksveer -> Namur. Belgium

We started the first stage by having breakfast together at the hotel Lev in Nieuwaal, where Sergiu and Rares were staying for the night. Then we travelled to Csi where we were expected at 7:45. Cees Oosting or COO welomed everybody and wished us a safe and nice Bike Tour.
After the photoshoot we left, heading to the first stop: Oud Turnhout on our way to Namur. 185 km to go. Starting with sunshine and the rest of the day we could conclude that we forgot to use sun protection. We would expect that after all the rain we have had.
The ride went well and we arrived in Namur at about 17:15 after a couple of stops.
Then all in a rush to get everything organised. Cleaning and checking the bikes. Having a couple of wheels checked at the bikestore due to some loose spikes. Bumpy roads in Belgium we experienced. But thanks to the broomcar, we have sufficient spares.
Then we went to a Chinese restaurant for a very delicious meal.
Time to get some rest.
Tomorrow we're heading to Virton.
